Classroom Support Staff

We care for the welfare of our supply staff and our ultimate aim is to find them a permanent position (if required). We work with schools in the Bridgend area, Rhondda Cynon Taff, Porthcawl, Cardiff, the Vale of Glamorgan.

• You will receive sound professional advice and support - you will always be able to speak to Alison or Phil on the telephone.
• Regular support staff will have access to free training and information sessions to ensure continuing professional development.
• We can offer advice with job applications and interview technique. (Phil has 26 years of experience as a head teacher recruiting teachers, deputy head teachers and support staff).
• We have an excellent relationship with all our schools so understand their needs as well as yours which makes it easier to place you appropriately.
• We aim to promote you to schools and find you the position you require.
• We pay highly competitive rates to all support staff.
• We can give you as much warning as possible for short notice bookings due to our extensive contact hours.
